How to reach us
If you have an account, the fastest route is a support ticket from your dashboard: it is linked to your account, so we can see your numbers and orders without asking you to repeat them.
You can also email support@smart-messaging.com, which works whether or not you have an account yet. If you write by email about an existing account, send it from the email address you signed up with.
What to include in a ticket
A complete first message usually means a faster answer. Depending on the problem, include:
- The phone number concerned, in full international format.
- Your order reference, if the question is about a purchase or renewal.
- For payments: the transaction hash and the network used (Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base or Solana).
- Screenshots of any error message, from the dashboard, your SIP app or the app that rejected the number.
- For SIP problems: the app or PBX you use and whether you connect over UDP, TCP or TLS.
If a Smart Messaging number has been used to spam, defraud or harass you, email support@smart-messaging.com with the number, the date and time, and a short description or screenshot. Our acceptable use policy explains what isn't allowed and what happens when it is broken.
