Wallet balance

Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request (in the original cryptocurrency, to an address you provide) provided it has not been used for purchases. Network fees may be deducted.

Refunds are issued by Smart Messaging Inc., the company that operates Smart Messaging Dialer.

7-day replacement guarantee

Every number comes with a 7-day replacement guarantee. If your number doesn’t work for you — for example WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook or another app or website doesn’t accept it, or codes don’t arrive — replace it with a new number in the same country, free, with one click on the number’s page in your dashboard. Up to 2 free replacements per number within 7 days of purchase, whether or not the number has been used. The new number keeps the same paid-until date.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your number for any reason, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked — provided the number has not been used for any call or SMS (incoming or outgoing). Request it with one click on the number’s page in your dashboard; the amount is returned to your wallet instantly and the number is released.

After 7 days or after use

Once 7 days have passed, or once the number has made or received a call or SMS, rental fees for the current term are non-refundable. Renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

Numbers we cannot deliver

If we cannot activate a number you paid for, the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

Crypto payment issues

If you paid after a payment window expired, or sent an incorrect amount, contact support with your transaction hash — we will match it manually or refund it.
