0. Who we are

Smart Messaging Dialer is operated by Smart Messaging Inc., a Wyoming corporation in business since 2016, with its registered office at 37 Begonia St, Casper, WY 82604, United States. These Terms are an agreement between you and Smart Messaging Inc.

1. The service

Smart Messaging Dialer ("we", "us") provides real phone numbers in 181 countries together with SMS, calling, SIP connectivity, call forwarding and related tools ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2a. Plan allowances

Every number includes unlimited incoming SMS, unlimited incoming calls, 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 outgoing minutes per calendar month. Unused outgoing allowances do not roll over. "Unlimited" is for normal personal and business use and is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Numbers

You can keep your number for as long as you want, provided it is renewed. Numbers are rented for the billing term you choose and remain the property of the underlying carrier. Some countries may require additional information before activation. We may need to replace a number if a carrier withdraws it; in that case we will offer an alternative or a refund to your wallet.

4. Payments & wallet

Prices are in USD. Payments are made with supported cryptocurrencies or from your prepaid wallet balance. Crypto payments must be sent on the exact network and in the exact amount shown. Payments sent on the wrong network or with the wrong asset may be unrecoverable.

5. Renewals

Auto-renew charges your wallet at the end of each term. If a renewal cannot be charged, the number is suspended for a 7-day grace period and then released.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal robocalls, or any unlawful activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Emergency calling is not supported — do not rely on the Service for emergency calls.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
